We were commissioned to manage the close out of the final 8 months of this complex National programme of works involving many large stakeholders, including multiple Waka Kotahi departments, KiwiRail, numerous Councils, local industry and community groups.

The programme had a target of 34 sites and the team achieved 36 upgraded sites Nationwide along with significantly designing another 10 sites and managing the selection, prioritization and design review process for another 65 sites in preparation for future funding.

This was all delivered on time, under budget and over-achieved the set goals.
