BPM were engaged to implement the installation of Paxter facilities across 33 NZ Post sites nationwide. The refurbishment works were delivered on live sites coordinated with operational site staff to ensure minimal disruption was caused to BAU.
The works required exceptional programme management skills to ensure a consistent process was undertaken across all sites as efficiently and effectively as possible. We provided clear and consistent communication with the client to ensure their implementation of Paxters across the Country was seamless.
