Ngārara is a housing community located between Waikanae Beach and the Township, offering residents access to amenities like cafes, wellbeing centres, and childcare. BPM provided advisory and master programming, including scheduling lot developments, project management, and design delivery. This ensured the smooth construction of 32 lots over 10.93 hectares, resulting in numerous satisfied tenants.
