BPM were engaged by Restaurant Brands in 2017 as their project delivery partner for a national growth programme of Pizza Hut restaurants across NZ. Our strategic approach to the programme saw us complete 72 sites over a 3-year period working collaboratively with the client and multiple franchisee partners ensuring sound project execution.
Initially considered to be 5-year schedule, BPM were able to accelerate the programme through a scalable project management service tailored to suit the needs of the client.
We now act as RBL’s main consultancy partner for project management services across their multiple brands.
