BPM were introduced to the Ramarama project after progress had slowed in obtaining Resource Consents following approval of initial concept. We provided consultancy services and implemented more rigor to the design stage, so the client had more certainty over deliverables and timeline.

Our involvement in the project resulted in approved consents being achieved on schedule.
