Get (Good) Sh*t Done

BPM are please to announce that we are currently undertaking a project with Waka Kotahi to upgrade the HVAC system to their operations centre based on the North Shore, Auckland.

The operations centre is a critical hub to Waka Kotahi providing real time monitoring of NZ’s main transport networks via CCTV allowing for full control of traffic signaling to optimise traffic flows to improve travel journey times and safety on a daily basis.

The operations centre is key to the management of traffic during planned events to help minimise their impact in real-time, the team will plan and coordinated traffic management to over 50 special events per year such as major rugby games, Santa’s Parade and Dan going out for a beer.

The works are to be completed in two stages over the course of 10 weeks with added complexities that sections of the operations centre will require to remain operational throughout. Coordination of the teams of contractors will be key to the success of this project.

The Greatest Wealth is Health

Last quarter we announced our new Wellbeing initiative. This quarter we’d like to thank everyone who has pressed “Follow” and is now helping us grow this initiative. Part of improving Wellbeing in the construction industry is opening up the conversation.

Excellence in Teamwork

How to win two awards in a night for one project? Easy: Teamwork. Teamwork made the dreamwork at the Property Industry Awards on a Friday night in August.

The project that took out the two excellence awards was none other than two/fiftyseven on Willis street, which came to life when we worked with Ash to create the first carbon neutral build. Not only this but we are now starting work on another of their projects, 113 Taranaki Street. We can only hope it turns out just as excellent.

Coachella for Accountants

You may have seen we were at at Xerocon at the start of September (or as they like to call it Coachella for Accountants). It’s just another way we’re challenging the status quo and doing something different to help make your life easier. Naturally we took this as an opportunity to learn even more about how we can use WorkflowMax to help others get their business running smoother.

Of course you can contact us if want to know how!
